The site says the hotel staff speaks Russian. Not a single Russian-speaking staff member was present during the 5 days of stay.

I liked that I could just walk out the door and be able to take the metro to all parts of the city, walk to excellent shops and to the Opera and also there is a wide variety of places to eat on the hotel's doorstep too....

It was located close to a Metro station.
The parking is minimal and despite reserving in advance I had a battle to actually park, they only have 4 or 5 parking spots. The water temperature for the showers is unregulated and it can go from warm to cold to scaldingly hot within seconds. Actually on one morning there was no hot water at all so that is one way to avoid the problem. There was also a large party of Italian schoolchildren staying at the same time and they were noisy until late into the night and would gather in large groups around the door and entrance area with no sign of politeness to other guests so beware staying when a large group is also staying.
